• This is a conglomerate that services the southern and eastern seaboard and covers cleanup of superfund sites by implementing sustainable energy, battery recharge stations, and generators. 

• Currently, the market is controlled by smaller city and state companies which unfortunately cannot handle the case load.

• Originally the company will be split into shares for stockholders with an arrangement of subsidiary companies. 

• We will negotiate pricing depending on the market of that particular geographical location.

• We will market through city and state legislation and policy.
